What do I need to bring when I need service done on my computer?
If the computer is a desktop machine, all we need is the computer itself. (the “tower”) No monitor, keyboards, mice, or cables are needed (unless you are having a problem with one of these devices). If the computer is a laptop, the laptop and power adapter is needed.
Do I need to make an appointment before I come?
No, but you may want to call before you come. At times, our staff is out doing on-site work or other duties.
Why such odd hours?
Mornings and Wednesday/Friday afternoons are reserved for on-site work.
Can you come out and fix my computer?
Yes, on-site labor is available, but targeted more towards our business customers. Please call for more information.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes! We take your privacy seriously. Your information and/or data will not be shared with ANYONE.
What is the warranty on your products and services?
We stand behind our work for 30 days. On new products, the warranty is carried by the manufacture. If it is a used or refurbished product, it is usually 30 days.
How will I know when my computer is ready to be picked up?
We will contact you via the phone number you provided us when you dropped off your computer.
How long will it take to repair my computer?
This depends on the problem you are having but turnaround times can be 1-5 business days (or possibly the same day) depending on our current workload. If your computer needs a part that we do not have in stock we will have to order the part. This can take anywhere from 3-7 days.
