Stanly Computers opened on January 17th, 2005!

What do you charge for your services?
Rates vary with what kind of service is done. If you need an estimate on how much something will be, feel free to give us a call.

What do I need to bring when I need service done on my computer?
If the computer is a desktop machine, all we need is the computer itself. (the "tower") No monitor, keyboards, mice, or cables are needed (unless you are having a problem with one of these devices). If the computer is a laptop, the laptop and power adapter is needed.

Do I need to make an appointment before I come?
No, but you may want to call before you come. At times, our staff is out doing on-site work or other duties.

Will my information be kept private?
Yes! Privacy is very important to us. Your information and/or data will not be shared with ANYONE.

What is the warranty on your products and services?
Our service is guaranteed for 30 days. On new products, the warranty is carried by the manufacture. If it is a used product, it is usually 90 days.

How will I know when my computer is ready to be picked up?
We will contact you via the phone number you provided us when you dropped off your computer.

How long will it take to repair my computer?
This depends on the problem you are having but most of the time we will have your computer done for you the next business day, or sometimes the same day. If your computer needs a part that we do not have in stock we will have to order the part. This usually takes 3-5 days.
