Cost does vary according to the job so we don’t list a pricing structure on our website. To get a general idea, a majority of repairs are software repairs (such as tune-ups & virus removals) and usually range from $50 to $100. Hardware repairs have a much broader range of pricing due to the vast differences in cost of parts. Please call if you need an estimate on a job. If you would like to bring your computer in for a precise repair cost, our diagnostic fee is $25, which is waived if we do the repairs. On-site labor is also available.
* We no longer do laptop power jack repairs because of the complications in the process. We have discovered that (in our opinion) once the jack is broken, it is nearly impossible to repair a power jack back to its original strength. This is because of the damage that is done to the actual motherboard itself, and possibly other parts in the laptop. However, there are businesses online that claim to own specialized tools and proper know-how to do this process. We choose not to recommend a business because of the liability involved.
